Our Design
"Integrating Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into education supports SDG 4 by preparing learners to thrive while fostering empathy, compassion, and solidarity."
At Movement Positive, our Prosocial Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Model is designed to create a lasting, systemic impact by engaging all stakeholders within the ecosystem. Our Design focuses on sustaining impact at scale by breaking it down into manageable parts, testing and adapting solutions rapidly for long-term impact. We enable this through our professional development programs for teachers, school leaders, non-profits, administrators and intervention programs with children across government schools and in communities.

Systems (Schools/Institutions):
We help institutions create policies and systems that promote the well-being of students, teachers, and the community, driving systemic change for improved engagement, lower teacher attrition, and a positive school culture.

Social (Teachers/Caregivers):
A teacher’s mental state directly impacts their ability to engage students. Burnout, stress, and competing priorities hinder both teacher’s personal well-being, their motivation and classroom success. Our program for Teacher Well-being help teachers overcome these challenges, promoting well-being and improving classroom behaviour.

Personal (Children):
We create a safe space for children to express themselves, build resilience to navigate academic pressures, and foster healthier relationships with peers, family, and teachers. Our programs promote self-compassion and empathy, empowering students to thrive emotionally and socially.
