CARE for CAREER (Life Skill)
Movement Positive, we believe in the transformative power of mentorship, especially for children from vulnerable and conflicted backgrounds. Our mentoring programs are thoughtfully designed to guide children toward self-awareness, meaningful relationships, and empowered decision-making.
The program focuses on three interconnected areas:

-
Relating to Self: Mentorship helps children develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their values, and their aspirations. By building self-awareness and confidence, they learn to make effective and informed choices that align with their personal growth and well-being.
-
Relating to Others: Through mentorship, children explore their role within their communities, understanding the importance of what they give and receive as part of a larger system. This process cultivates essential qualities like compassion, kindness, tolerance, faith, and patience, empowering them to build healthy, supportive relationships.
-
Engaging with Systems: The program encourages students to work on mentor-guided projects that provide hands-on experience in solving real-world problems. By tackling challenges that matter to them, they develop critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills while realizing their capacity to create positive change in their communities.

Our holistic mentoring approach nurtures children into confident, compassionate, and proactive individuals, ready to contribute meaningfully to society while charting a purposeful path for their future.
